Standard orders are normally processed between 1 to 2 business days.
A valid shipping address must be provided when confirming your purchase. Ekita and its subsidiaries are not responsible for delays, damages, loss and costs related to the delivery or to the carrier.
Order tracking information
Canada Post tracking number will be provided. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, depending on the size of the package and the shipping destination. You should receive your order within 3-10 business day(s) after shipping confirmation.
Taxes and duties
Due to the varied nature of global customs charges, when mailing internationally, we send all orders duties unpaid (DDU). Therefore, customers are responsible for covering any duties, taxes or customs fees that are applicable. If you received the goods and refuse to pay duties and taxes owed, we are not able to reimburse your order.
Our packaging
Ekita have made a considered effort to reduce the impact our packaging has on the environment. Our e-com packaging is biodegradable and safe for the planet.

Ekita does his best to update our inventory; however, a product may be out of stock as your order is processed.

Promotions
Promotions, discounts, and promotional codes offered on our online store apply only to purchases made on our official website. They cannot be used in-store or on third-party platforms, unless otherwise indicated.
For promotional codes, the code must be entered at checkout. Expired, incomplete, or invalid codes will not be accepted. Once the order has been submitted, it is not possible to add or modify a promotional code.
